The Parts Counterperson is a customer service and sales position that provides/sells parts to the Service Technicians and to retail parts to customers.

Duties include:

• Assist walk-in customers in selecting required parts, suggest companion requirements, offer specials, and ensure that the customer is exposed to the full product line.
• Assist technicians and service advisors to ensure accuracy of parts orders
• Order parts from online manufacturer systems.
• Pull purchases from stock.
• Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
• Friendly, professional and efficient when working with all customers, both on the phone and in person.
• Body Shop Parts Experience helpful but not required.

• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• One year of experience in automotive helpful
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work well with the public.
